Prior to joining Maetrics, Bob Clawson led an HR-talent management consulting program for a $500 billion global financial services firm. Prior positions included UHY Advisors LLC; Chief Human Resources Officer, Zurich Financial Services; Vice President of Talent Management, Arthur Andersen, LLP: Director-Recruiting, Diversity & HR Operations Team, and Source Services ($600 million IT, Engineering and Finance/Accounting staffing firm); Managing Director.
Mr. Clawson is a Human Resource and Talent Management leader, having served in professional and financial services, technology-driven firms, healthcare, and the global business services sector. Core capabilities include the design and implementation of human capital strategies and programs that support the achievement of business plans.
His specialties include devising effective HR strategies, talent management and acquisition, leadership assessment, development and selection, succession planning, HR functional optimization, employee motivation/retention, HR infrastructure design, and cost management.
Mr. Clawson received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and certified in multiple assessment methodologies.
